Chapter I General

Article 1 This association is named as the Australian Association of Australian Directors. The English name is: AUSTRALIA CHINESE DRIVER GUIDEUNION INCORPORATED (written: ACDGINC).
Article 2 This association is a mass organization formed by volunteers in the tourism industry, such as Australian driver guides. It is composed of enterprises and individuals engaged in tourism management throughout Australia, departments closely related to tourism, and tourism experts, scholars and researchers. , is an industry-based non-profit social organization with independent operator community qualification (number: INC1801237).
Article 3 The purpose of this Council is to guide the important principles of Australian tourism law, abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and Australian national policies, abide by the social morality of Australia, and unite all Australian tourism enterprises, individual units and those interested in tourism research. Article 4 The Association accepts the leadership of the Australian Tourism Administration, the competent authority of the business, and the supervision and management of the Sydney Civil Society.

Chapter II Business Scope of the Association

The main tasks of the Association are:
(1) Strengthening the unity, cooperation and self-discipline of the tourism industry, organizing member units to study, formulating rules and regulations, and supervising compliance, standardizing industry behaviors, coordinating peer disputes, maintaining fair competition, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of industries, enterprises and individuals and the Australian tourism market. order.
(2) Actively support unit members and individual members to engage in activities such as Australian tourism resources and product development, tourism promotion and tourism management.
(3) Carry out management activities in the tourism industry, or assist and participate in the industry management of the tourism administrative department.
(4) Maintaining the legal rights of members and tourists, reflecting the wishes and requirements of the members of the Australian Government and the tourism administrative department, and publicizing the relevant policies, laws and regulations of the government and assisting in the implementation.
(5) Assisting the competent departments of business to do a good job in quality management, carry out information collection, analysis and evaluation and report feedback on tourism products and services, and promote and urge member units to improve service quality.
(6) Actively organize or assist business departments to hold various forms of symposiums, academic seminars, experience exchange meetings, travel consultations, employee training, skill competitions, and member recognition meetings, etc. according to development needs.
(7) Strengthening ties, exchanges, study tours, training internships and cooperation with relevant organizations and associations inside and outside the industry.
(8) Editing industry information materials and providing information services to members. Coordinated business executives to run the "Australia Tourism" publication.
(9) With the approval of the competent department of business, in order to enhance the economic strength of the Association, actively create conditions and properly establish economic entities.
(10) To undertake other tasks entrusted by the competent department of the business.
